We are a South Suburban Chicagoland based loc studio specializing in comprehensive loc services, including loc maintenance, loc repairs, and loc extensions. Consultations are required prior to booking loc extensions, loc repair, and starter loc appointments to ensure proper assessment and customized service planning. Saturdays are available by appointment only. We look forward to serving you. Booking & Scheduling Policy Thank you so much for choosing me for your hair care needs. Please review the following policies before booking: Deposits • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time. • All loc extension installs require a 30% non-refundable deposit due to the time and preparation involved. • Deposits go toward your total service cost. Rescheduling • Only one reschedule is permitted per deposit. • After one reschedule, the deposit is considered used. • If you need to reschedule again, a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment. Cancellations • Same-day cancellations will result in the deposit being forfeited. • A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
